As a licensed cosmetologist it is a pleasure to serve you, i pledge my commitment to provide qualified and competent care with thoughtfulness and respect for new and existing clients.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15
minutes prior to your service. This will allow you time to unwind and prepare
for your service. I assure that i stay on schedule and provide the utmost
service for my clients. I cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 20
minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation, Reschedule and "No Show" Policy
Please note clients are required to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to
their scheduled appointment time. Cancellations must be made by speaking
directly to me, text message ( 832 598 4097 ), voice mail, or emailing kenniestylist@gmail.com
If appointments are not canceled or rescheduled in the allotted time stated
above, the following fees will be incurred by the client.
Cancellation Fees:
- $10 for services
$20 and over for Groups services (this fee only
applies to group members that cancel)
Please give me the courtesy of canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Payment
I accept cash, personal
checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Children Under 12
To respect the comfort
of all guests, children under 12 years of age are not allowed unless receiving
services. Discount prices are not
available to children.
Right of Refusal
I have the right to
refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or
language during a service will result in the termination of the service.
I reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

Group Discounts
Groups of five or more
will receive a 10% discount on the entire bill when booking for Group Airbrush makeup, Spa parties, Girls
night out/ In, Bridal package, Grooms package and other group special events
Private Parties or Group special events
I specialize in private parties/ group special events no matter
the occasion. Private parties/ group special events can be requested during none business hours.
